Q. By having this alliance of career, financial and health insurance experts, is this a way to generate referral business for one another? A. Please know that none of us receive any referral income from each other. This alliance was created to provide a service and education to people on how they can address their career, health and financial concerns with one integrated approach. When you meet with our financial and health insurance experts, there is absolutely no hidden agenda and if you decide to purchase services from them, fees would only be paid to them. There are no high-pressure sales tactics or overbearing sales pitches. We included the option for financial and health care consultations in our program because we have found that many people in transition need help with these issues and don't always follow through on their own to get that help. By including it in our program, at no cost and with no obligations, they will be able to address these issues and ultimately benefit from it. Q. I see value in all of these integrated services but was wondering if you are limited to showing certain products? A. Our belief at The Transition People is not to "push" product on you but rather for you to understand our "process" approach and to help you determine what you need to achieve your goals. There are many ways to reach your goals. The key question is this: what's the best way to get there? Embracing our integrated process approach will give you tools, skills and a new way of thinking that will enable you to take charge of your career, health and financial destiny. In the past, it was virtually (no pun intended) impossible to connect with a career coach not located nearby except by telephone -and not everyone is comfortable with that.
